Computer code for "The worst 1-PS for rational curves with a unibranch singularity" by Jackson and Swinarski

Example 5: Visualising the stationary points for the Simplified Problem with SageMath

The first block of code defines functions we use to graph the stationary points for the Simplified Problem.

In the next series of graphics, we study the behaviour of the stationary point for the face \(I = \{7,8,10\}) for different values of \(N\).

In the next series of graphics, we study the behavior of the stationary points for different faces that have one or more corners past the conductor, with \(N\) fixed.
